A Turtlepoint man was charged with driving under the influence. According to Kane-based State Police, 24-year old Brett Drugg was stopped for a traffic violation at the intersection of State Route 59 and Route 6 in Smethport at 2:15 a.m. on Saturday, when it was discovered Drugg was driving under the influence. Charges are pending.
