A Roulette Domestic dispute Sunday ended in assault charges against 39 year old David McGinley. He allegedly assaulted both 35-year-old Tina McGinley and 58 year old Rosemary McGinley. Mr. McGinley was arraigned before the District Justivre and released on unsecured bond.
