Ulysses Teen DUI

A 16 year old Male Juvenile in Ulysses was picked up at the Northern Potter high School for speeding when State Police determined him to be under the influence of Alchol. His blood alcohol content was determined to be .02 percent, which is above the legal limit for minors.
