No Retrial for Rigas

The Rigas Trial Redux will not go down as hoped. Judge Leonard Sands announced that John and Timothy Rigas would not get a new trial. The Rigas’s claimed that prosecutors in the case knew that a witness lied to the jury. Sentencing for the former Adelphia Cable moguls is set for April 18th.
