Bradford Man Sexually Assaults Juvenile

A Bradford man was arraigned Friday on charges of burglary and crimes against a juvenile. 21-year old Richard Williams was charged for allegedly entering a home on Seward Avenue without permission and having sexual contact with a juvenile in the residence. Williams was also charged with aggravated indecent assault without consent, indecent assault, indecent exposure, unlawful restraint and corruption of minors. Williams was sent to McKean County Jail in lieu of $5,000, with a preliminary hearing set for June 15th.
