Escapee No Show in Court

In McKean County Court today, Judge John Yoder issued a bench warrant for Joshua Hanson. Hanson’s was scheduled to be arraigned today for incidents surrounding his July 04 escape in Hazel Hurst.

Hanson did not appear in court, he made headlines in July when he escaped from Cameron Count sheriff’s deputies at the Hazel Hurst rest stop. He was latter picked up in North Carolina after jumping out of a stolen car.

He was later extradited back to Pennsylvania on auto theft charges.
