Mountain Lion Sighting a Hoax

Emails have circulated about a mountain lion that had been sighted in the Bradford area. The email contains a photo of a cougar staring directly at a camera in a night scene.

The Bradford Claim is not the first time that same photo has been used to scare area residents about a mountain lion. The same photo has made its rounds in Hornell, and Maine.
Mark Dowling of the Cougar Network, which tracks cougar sightings says the photo was actually taken in Wyoming.
