Roulette Identity Theft

An act of identity theft occurred in Roulette between the dates of April 25th through May 4th. 23 year-old Lisa Marie McDowell had given her checking account information over the phone to an unknown party, which was offering her a credit card. After obtaining the account information, the unknown party withdrew money from McDowell’s account. This is still under investigation.
