Rigas Sentencing Today

It is sentencing day for Adelphia founder John Rigas and his son Timothy.
The two are expected to learn their fate on convictions of fraud and conspiracy while running the Adelphia Cable Empire.
The Rigas' face 18 felony counts with a maximum prison term of 215 years. The sentencing has been pushed back several times.
