May was a big month for traffic tickets in McKean County. State Troopers in Kane wrote 390 tickets and gave 458 warnings. Police reported 16 DUI arrests, and 22 injuries occurred in 36 crashes. Eight of those crashes were a result of DUI.
Police say 90 criminal offenses were investigated, and 42 were cleared.
