Judge Appointed

Governor Ed Rendell has appointed the McKean County President Judge John
Cleland to the Juvenile Court Judges' Commission. Cleland will succeed
Butler County judge Marilyn Horan in a three-year term. The Commission is
responsible for establishing standards among other things for the
commonwealth's Juvenile courts on delinquent matters.
