Cameron County to collect from Tax Dodgers

The Cameron County Commissioners have hired Statewide Tax Recovery, Inc. to collect delinquent per capita taxes owed to the county. The costs would be paid through fees charged to the people owing the back taxes. The CC School District, and other county municipalities opted out of using this service several years ago.
