Mt. Jewett Man Deemed Predator

A Mount Jewett man was deemed as a sexually violent predator for indecent assault of an 11 year old. 36-year-old Charles Kontz will spend 2-5 years in State Prison.

Judge John Yoder says the sentence is greater than what sentencing guidelines require for the offence, because Kontz showed unusual cruelty in the crime.
