Missing Inmate

State Police and other local law enforcement are searching for a Bradford
resident and an inmate of McKean County Jail who walked away from his work
release program Friday morning. 33-year old Gary Herbstritt walked away from
the McKean County Historical Society before noon Friday. A warrant has been
issued for his arrest for escaping. Herbstritt is the second inmate to walk
away from work release and the third inmate to be charged with escape in the
last four months.
