Scarnati Speaks Out about Eminent Domain

State Senator Joe Scarnati is co-sponsoring a bill that will prevent the use
of eminent domain for private business use.

The bill also reforms the definition of blight when the case of eminent
domain comes up.

Scarnati says the bill is a matter of protecting our rights as Americans to
own our homes.
