Who pays for the clean up for HAZMAT spills in McKean County?
Well, now, you do, if you cause it.

McKean County Commissioners met Tuesday, and passed an updated ordinance calling for Emergency Management to collect fees for HAZMAT incidents, redistributing the monies to the fire departments and first responders.
