A convicted Bradford sex offender had charges bound to court, and was sent
to jail after a preliminary hearing yesterday.
Twenty-four year old, Bradford resident, Daniel DeHaven had charges of
stalking, indecent assault and terroristic threats bound over to court
Wednesday before District Judge Chris Hauser. DeHaven had allegedly touched
and threatened a seven year old male.
He's also accused of peeking through the youth's window.
DeHaven was remanded to McKean County Jail.
At Dehaven's initial arraignment on the second offense, Chris Hauser set
bail at five thousand dollars.
