Roulette Man Wants To Take Back Guilty Plea

A Roulette man is trying to get out of his guilty plea.
46-year-old David Page, who pleaded guilty to rape, sexual assault, unlawful
restraint, and aggravated indecent assault, says he wants to withdraw the
aggravated indecent assault plea before sentencing.
Page is accused of raping a woman in Port Allegany in November of 2004.
Page still says his contact with the woman was consensual.
Assistant District Attorney Christa Schott says Page is trying to harass the
victim further. And calls for the trial to be scheduled as soon as possible.
