Timber Theft

Five men have been arrested in connection with two separate incidents of
timber theft across the region.

State Police say Benjamin and Richard Tokarcik, along with David Crowell
stole a cherry tree worth one thousand dollars from a plot of land onm
Walburn Run Road.

Troopers also report Bryan Lemmon, and Julie Hansen worked with Richard
Tokarcik to steal another cherry tree valued at two thousand dollars from
Kane.
