Bradford School Board Elects New Member

The Bradford City School Board appointed a new member Tuesday morning. Don
Keck was nominated by Rev Arthur Cox, and then voted in with a unanimous
vote. Pat Vigliotta was absent from the meeting.
Joseph Troutman nominated Dr. August Freda, his nomination did not get a
second.
