Charges were filed yesterday in relation to an incident that occurred almost a year ago in Roulette. 22-year-old Eric Lamont of Port Allegany was charged with terroristic threats, harassment, and scattering rubbish after allegedly shoving 26-year-old Karen Reickerd, grabbing her throat, and threatening to kill her. Lamont is alleged to have then thrown a beer can at Reickerd’s car. The can was later retrieved by State Police. The incident occurred in the parking area adjacent to the Roulette Car wash on Main Street. State Police say the charges took so long to file, because Lamont has been dificult to locate.
