Domestic Dispute Goes Up in Flames

Tempers weren’t the only things flaring up in a Potter County domestic dispute. State Police report that 24-year-old Justin Houghtaling started small fires in the living room curtains and on the bed in the master bedroom during an argument with his wife. Houghtaling made threats to burn the house down. He was arraigned and released on his own recognizance.
