Michael Rigas Will Face Charges Again

Michael Rigas will face a retrial for securities fraud. A Federal judge announced Tuesday that the son of Adelphia founder John Rigas will face the charges again in court. Michael Rigas’ criminal trial ended in a mistrial in July.
