Spotlighter Cited, Spotlightee Sighted

State Police picked up John Harmon of Genesee for inapropriate use of his
spotlight last week. While looking for deer, Harmon shined his light into
buildings owned by Ronald Silsby. of Cobb Hill Road in Genessee.

Silsby then confronted Harmon, making personal threats. Silsby is charged
with harrassment.
