Austin residents lost power this week after a substation fuse blew out at an exchnge between Allegany Power and Penelec in Roulette, where crews had been working. Roulette resident were without power for a little while while Penelec workers made adjustments to the system. Roulette Fire Copmpany was called out to respond to a transfomer blaze near the fire station. And most Roulette residents reported flickering lights and power during the incident. Officials from both both power companies say the situation has been remedied.
