Rigas Says He Did Nothing Illegal

Timothy Rigas testified in bankruptcy court in New York that he didn’t think he or his father, John Rigas acted illegally in their operations of Adelphia. The pair were convicted in July for bank and securities fraud and conspiracy charges.
