Port Allegany Man Pleads Guilty To Disorderly Conduct

A Port Allegany man pleaded guilty in McKean County Court Thursday. 22-year-old Shadd Roberts was charged with disorderly conduct in November after he approached a vehicle and harassed the driver with vulgar language. Police arrested the intoxicated Roberts, who then became unruly at the Port Allegany Police Station, causing around $170 dollars in damage.
