A case was heard Wednesday at District Justice Barbara Boser’s office involving a student from Otto-Eldred High School accused of making bomb threats. 18-year old Cody Robertson was charged with terroristic threats and disorderly conduct. The police chief of Otto-Eldred, Craig Switzer, and Otto-Eldred English Teacher, Ms. Terry Cooney, testified on behalf of the commonwealth. A $2,500 bail was been posted, with the requirement that no guns or weapons shall be within the premises of Robertson’s home, and he is not to be within ½ mile of the school grounds. Robertson’s will appear in the Court of Common Pleas in Smethport at a later date.

Not to start an argument or anything, but I have known Cody for years, and in fact I was the one who "turned him in" if that's what you want to call it... and I have to say that the headline reading "Columbine Copy" is not only an inaccurate statement but it's disgusting.

Cody is not, never was, and never will be someone who "copies" anyone or anything... needless to say he has come a long way since the incident and doing a lot of good in this world...

He is no copycat, and his intentions were never to copycat Columbine. Perhaps if you were educated about Columbine you would understand why this is so. But, I guess if you left that out it wouldn't make a good headline, would it?
