Leber Vs. Fink

The Potter County District Attorney has filed a petition against his chief contender in the May Primaries. DA Jeff Leber says that Challenger Dawn Fink has not lived in Potter County for more than one year. Fink told WFRM Radio this morning she moved to Coudersport October 31 2004. By the time of the general election in November, she will have satisfied the residency requirements.
