Alleged Port Rapist Case Still Under Investigation

The case against 44 year old David Page was continued until June 2 in Mckean County Court. Disturct Attorney, John Pavlock says the case is still under investigation

Page was placed in McKean County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail after allegedly raping a woman in the woods near Lillibridge Creek Road in November 2004, he faces charges of rape, sexual assault, and unlawful restraint for allegedly raping a 33 year old woman in Liberty Township.
