Coudy Woman Gives Kids Alcohol, and Acts Innappropriately

A Coudersport woman pleaded guilty in court in Smethport Thursday. 39-year-old Angela Allen admitted that she gave alcohol to minors in Port Allegany, and allowed a 15-year-old male to touch her breasts. She pleaded guilty to indecent assault and furnishing alcohol to minors.
