Emporium Man Charged with DUI

Along State Route 219 at the intersection near Volunteer Fire Company Road in Horton Township, 21 year-old Joshua Rees was stopped for a traffic violation. It was later discovered that he was found to be DUI. Charges are pending for the Emporium man.
