Sabinsville Man Arrested After Domestic Incident

A Sabinsville man has been arrested for Simple Assault, endangering the welfare of children, and harassment after he attacked his wife and endangered a 2 year old around 1 AM yesterday. Police say 30-year-old Howard Justin Foulkrod arrived home, and dragged his wife out bed, and outside. He then choked and struck her several times in the face as he re-entered the home to retrieve the two year old. He then left on a four-wheeler with the child. Police say he was operating the ATV while intoxicated. He was arraigned in District Court and released on 5 thousand dollars unsecured bail.
