Adelphia creditors are asking the bankruptcy court to scrap the 715 million dollar settlement. The committee hopes to turn over the settlemtns, because they feel the government’s case against Adelphia isn’t strong enough to warrant the settlement.

Creditors say the government may have been overzealous in their attempt to seize Rigas owned assets, claiming new evidence shows less case against the Adelphia enterprise itself.
