Fugitive Apprehended in Potter County

State Police in Potter County apprehended a fugitive Thursday. 28-year-old
William Kelley was wanted for a probation violation in Chautauqua County New
York. Police found the man in Ulysses Township, driving a Truck along Route
449. He was arraigned and jailed on 10 thousand dollars bail.
