Kane Man Busted For Drunkenness

A Kane man was arrested for public intoxication early this morning. 24-year-old Michael Blauser was observed walking on Fraley Street. Police stopped Blauser because of his obviously inebriated state. He told police that he was drunk and high on drugs. Public Drunkenness Charges have been filed.
