Port School Board Has No Quorum

The Port Allegany school board failed to meet quorum Monday at their regular
June meeting. Four members attended and waited 15 minutes while
superintendent Tony Flint attempted to reach one of the two board members
absent. The members of the board who did attend then voted to deal with all
matters at the meeting June 27th, including the adoption of the 2005-06
general fund budget.
