Wax Plant Sells

Honeywell has sold its wax operations to The International Group Incorporated. The sale includes the plant at Farmers Valley. The Farmers Valley wax maker has been in several hands over the past several years. The sale includes plants in Titusville and Marshall Texas. International Group has announced the closing of the Texas plant, and focus on ops in Titusville. It’s not clear how the Farmer’s Valley plant will be affected.
