Pennsylvania State Police have released reminders for all ATV riders.
Troopers wish to remind riders that all ATVs must have a valid DCNR
registration plate displayed on the vehicle and the vehicle must be covered
by insurance. Also, no one under the age of 16 should operate an ATV on any
road, street or highway and no one under 10 should operate an ATV on
state-owned land. When traveling in a group on a highway, ATVs should travel
in single file and no one should operate an ATV while under the influence of
drugs, alcohol or medication.
