Bottle Thrower Cited

A Westfield man was cited for disorderly conduct early Saturday morning.
Police say 21-year-old Brandon Tuttle threw bottles toward a group of
juveniles on Main Street in Harrison Valley, when one of the bottles broke
and hit two 14 year old girls in the back and face.
