Potter County Woman Jailed in Daughter's Abuse and Death

A Ulysses woman has been sentenced to jail on charges of child endangerment
after the death of her two-year-old daughter. Arlene Haines will spend up to
two years in jail, and then 18 months probation. Williams was charged for
continuing to live with her boyfriend Clinton Watson, after he had abused
her children. Haines youngest child, Serena Powell was killed after being
severely abused by Watson. He's currently serving 12 to 25 for her death.
