Dam Levels Dropping

The Kinzua Dam is letting out more water than they are taking in, and that's
starting to drop the levels down. Bob Hoskins at the Dam says the crew was
letting out 960 cubic feet per second. They're now letting out 1800 cubic
feet per second.

Higher demand for water downstream is leaving the reservoir a bit lower. The
current level is just more than one foot below summer pool.
Hoskins says the lake is dropping about an inch or so daily.
