Port Man Busted for DUI

A Port Allegany man was stopped Friday night for DUI. While 54-year-old Dirk
Kio was being followed by a McKean County Sheriff's Car, Kio pulled over on
the berm and stopped his vehicle. The sheriff's deputy stopped to check on
Kio and called State Police, who filed DUI charges against Kio.
