Swimming Hole Woes

A 17-year-old Juvenile is listed as a victim of harassment after an incident
at a swimming hole in Roulette Township. 18-year-old Lawrence Kelley has
been charged with harassment after he harassed, annoyed, and alarmed the
juvenile by subjecting him to unwanted physical contact during an incident
at the swimming hole last Wednesday.
