Unstamped Cigarettes Yield to Charges

A Pennsylvania man faces charges after a traffic stop in Ulysses. 37 year
old Michael Clark of Avis, PA was pulled over July 8, and found to be in
possession of more than 200 cigarettes, without a tax stamp. Clark was
issued a non traffic citation for the offense.
