Cornelius Arrested for Firearms Violations and Perjury

A Roulette man was arrested for a purchase in October at Andy's Guns and
Stuff along Burleson Avenue. 55-year-old Randy Cornelius attempted to
purchase two rifles. Cornelius signed a form from the bureau of Alcohol,
Tobacco and Firearms, having answered two of the questions falsely. Police
took Cornelius into custody last week. HE was arraigned and released on his
own recognizance.
Police also charged Cornelius with perjury and conspiracy for testimony in
an assault trial in 2001.
