Father Son Fight

A father and son have both been charged with harassment in Potter County. 21
year old James Rowe III and 44 year old James Rowe Jr. were both charged
with harassment after a Sunday morning fight in Sweden Township. Police say
initially the younger Rowe reported the incident, but the investigation
yielded charges for both men.
