McKean County Landfill Sale Delayed Again

The County Landfill Sale, set to be complete months ago, looks like it could
be delayed again.

President of the purchasing company, Rustick LLC Maria Casey confirmed with
area media outlets Tuesday that some financing issues still need to be
ironed out.

Financing Firm Merrill-Lynch is responsible for the finance of the 17
million dollar purchase. Yet again, they've delayed the process.

Rustick will approach the Solid Waste Authority for an extension at Monday's
meeting.
