State Representative Kathy Rapp has thrown her support behind a bill that
would repeal the unvouchered expense provision of the new legislative pay
raise. According to Rapp, as a legislator who voted against the pay raise
and one who will not accept unvouchered expenses, support is the sensible
course of action. Rapp joins Representatives Paul Clymer and Will Gabig in
co-sponsoring the bill. Rapp is one of the first Northwestern
representatives to support the repeal effort.
