Cherry Springs Crash

A Kane man suffered minor injuries in a motorcycle accident Sunday afternoon
in Potter County. 64-year old Roy Compton was traveling north on State Route
44 near Cherry Springs State Park when he veered off the right side of the
road and his motorcycle tipped on its side and skidded for 25 feet before
flipping onto the other side and throwing Compton from the bike. Compton was
taken to Charles Cole Memorial Hospital for treatment of injuries.
